You mentioned that you went to China for the summer and your SD cleared up. Have you thought about your diet while you were there vs your diet here? I have read that dairy products can cause SD or make it worse. I personally notice mine is worse with either high sugar, high stress, or now I am experimenting with the idea of high dairy being the culprit. I recently had a food allergy test done that confirmed my allergy to milk and casein. I'm looking forward to finding out if eliminating dairy clears up my SD for good. Also, as far as what shampoos clear it up. I found one that takes the itch away. It doesn't really clear it up as well but when the itch is gone, you will not tend to pick at it. The shampoo is called 'Psoriasis'. It is made by a company called 'Home Health'. I found it in my local health food store, or you could probably Google it and buy it on line. It has a lot of nice ingredients, many organic too. Good luck to you.
