We make our own kefir which my hubby drinks. Unfortunately I cannot tolerate the kefir as I get terribly constipated. The same happens with cheese. We do plan on making some sauerkraut which seems to work better for me.

Good luck with the bifidus enema. I plan on trying it myself.
