Sophia, I rarely get to talk this stuff with people in the know, or willing to self-educate, so I'm following this thread to see what like-minded people are thinking....

Have you ever seen Vitalis without his shirt?  He's not FAT but he is pudgy.  He hasn't been raw vegan for many years.  He lives off the hunter/gatherer life-style.  You only need look at his products to see that he's not vegan.  He says alot of good things, but one needs to weed through.
