yeah i followed everything to the tee for about 10 weeks and then slowly cut down on a few of the supplements and also on the Sea Salt and baking soda.
and also the lymphatic messages. its really upset me it didnt work but what can you do you have to give it a try. it got snow alot better so if it works for one person i dont see why it wont work for another person. i do believe although snow put his ec down to being caused by his long term anxiety. i dont know how he came up with that but i guess the main question is did he all of a sudden stop be anxious or????
