I bought fruits to eat for 3 days..

lanzones (its a small brown tropical fruit.. the insides looks like sweet lychee-- but the skins are smooth instead of prickly)

i will be doing a pomelo juice fast next weekend (Monday is a public Holiday here)..

I am easing myself into the juice fast, by eating as much fruits from today until Friday..

PS MOST IMPORTANT FOR FASTING IS AN HERBAL FORMULA SUCH AS THE LOWER BOWEL BALANCE OR SOMETHING SIMIALAR.
