they do come out of the nose, i had one. i have the same crawly sensation not sure how to stop it. head neck area. i am not allergic to bees so i do 1 tsp honey morning noon and night it helps sinuses. not sure what the crawlie is in my head and neck feels like strong movement. also pay attention to how u feel with the moon activeness. i noticed theres a connection. do better when theres no moon activity. help on the crawlie brain and neck if anyone knows. i mean i know there there but dont want to feel them. i am detoxing with a chiropractor that does nutrition response its helping but slow.
