Although I've never done a liver flush I have adopted a new morning ritual of 3 egg yokes, juice of a Valencia orange and a tablespoon of olive oil. I adopted it from reading the liver flush board as a gentle flush (they suggest limes). It is easy to prepare and delicious so I never miss doing it.
