If you are going to use Andreas Moritz recipe, then follow his instructions. I don't know what all it entails, but I get the best results when I fast for three days on apple juice and then drink a pint of 50/50 olive oil and lemon juice right before bed time. Maybe somebody knows how often Hulda Clark recommended that you do them... Seems like it was either once a week or once a month. I can barely bring myself to do it once every few years.
