Hi Uat de fuc,

I do not feel like I am healed 100%, but darn close maybe 95% now. I am able to juice now, so I want to see if I can benefit even more juicing without most of the supplements. I may add one or two back if I feel I need to like zinc and selenium . I am still on the Thyro-complex and kelp. I am a point where I am listenong to the body and how I feel and moving forwards.

I am still on trying to help support others going through what I went through..it was a -itch and I am so gratefully to be in the happy place and enjoying life again. Last year at this time I could not even go 50 ft to our mail box to weak, now I can spend hour doing landscaping and enjoying the summer...it is like a new life for me. Better then before I became ill..
