Yep, will do. I have become more patient with these years of suffering. Although im waiting for some major "break" at some point if you know what I mean. When you scratch your vestments and whine to Yahwe.

In the wilson page it says the high ratio its related with high levels of metals, anger, inflammation (autoimmunity, which I have) So I guess detoxing and balancing the body should lower it. And avoiding anger (bad, because I like anger, makes me feel energetic for a short while)

Curious that most people on this forum has very low levels and I have very high levels, yet I have adrenal fatigue as everyone.
