"Hemp hearts" are shelled and come from Canada, available in most health food stores around here (Detroit area), they also have whole seeds roasted in salt ... I like 'em with a spoon full of raw honey...HOWEVER sometimes I notice them come out a day later, pretty much un digested? They are dio-cots (that's a + in my book) Maybe type 0s cant digest?
I should try some oil
