The vitamin brand is just a generic brand. I'm not recommending taking a Colon Cleanse product.... only do a 1 time cleanse with laxitives to get the ball rolling when you jump into this routine. Click the link and follow the colonoscopy prep I posted above to do it. This will clean you out.


If you're feeling bloated (I was after almost every meal)... FOLLOW THE LOW FODMAP DIET. This is crucial. Do some research on it and try it just for a week. You will see improvements.
