Thanks for your response. I feel I have a severe infection too but you start to doubt it sometimes when you're not getting any better with treatment.

I was thinking a few days ago I have to take out carbs all together. I really don't like doing that because I feel tired, faintish sometimes and esp hungry! But I guess I have to.

I've never done enemas. I've heard about the coffee one. Is that good for removing candida?

But I think it's bad to do with my candida and I'm not sure about apple cider. I asked one woman and she said the coke won't hurt it. But I would think if you do it on a regular basis it would. I think some people's candida is not as bad as mine so it's OK for them I guess. What do you think of this flush for me since my candida is bad? I like it cause it's simple. If you don't approve is there another flush that's simple and effective?

You're right candida is a beast and I'm fighting for my life. I've fought so hard I'm exhausted! I hope I somehow win this fight. I get so down sometimes.
