Sorry friend. I don't get on here as often as I used to. I know EXACTLY how you feel! I have had that happen to me my last SEVERAL periods. I get so angry at EVERY little thing, and then, I get angry for getting angry. I also feel VERY unfocused and disconnected....like everything is floating around me. I just tell myself how far I've come and I cling to the hope that one day, I will be 100 % healthy again. I'm not really going to do ANYTHING else (take pills, get poked or prodded) except drink tons of water and stay active and try to get enough sleep. I am almost certain that my IUD malfunctioned and it wouldn't surprise me even one tiny bit if it dumped the entire amount into me. That's the only thing that makes sense for my IMMEDIATE reaction to it.
