Right now I feel like I have tiny knives rampaging through my body. My gums were bleeding when I started the zinc and molybdenum and stopped bleeding when I came off them. I'm kinda worried about the damage the free floating copper is causing. Yes I do notice I feel better with calcium supplements. You're probably right about it slowing down the detox.
