AngelHealing, you read my mind. I'm stressed out about deciding to continue with molybdenum or not. I"ll keep at it and see how it goes. Thanks for all these useful tips. I"ll definitely try out the manganese. I'm a long time user of high-dose magnesium to treat my heart palpitations. This sounds promising in bringing back my appetite as it has done for you. Sometimes I forget to eat. I must be releasing epic amounts of copper hidden inside my body after so many years on oral contraceptives.
