If you have a functioning immune system, a functioning liver and gallbladder, and a functioning colon, then the body stands a much better chance of eliminating these poisons as they come. But if you have lived anything close to an average american lifestyle, you were so blocked up and shut down that your body's only chance of survival was to store these toxins in the tissues.

Some of them can be removed over time but some are really glued in there.
