If you also have a little depression, maybe a little anxiety or mood instability and some food sensitivities , and you don't get to the bottom of this soon, you might want to consider the possible involvement of heavy metals.

Obviously most people don't have such a problem but I wish it had not taken 15+ years for me to discover my heavy metal problem. More on that here.
