My friend had pretty severe constipation. It turns out she was suffering from a lack of vitamin B-12. You could try increasing your B-12 intake and see if it helps you. Of course, there are no guarantees that you are suffering from the same problem since constipation is caused by so many things.

Did you try drinking lots of water (and I mean lots)?
