I've been on the candida diet for 2 weeks, and basically haven't had a bowel movement since. I think I'm severly impacted. Is there any way other than to go off the diet to have a bowel movement? I've taken 4 laxatives in one day and only had diarrhea so I know it's bad.

I've eaten lots of quinoa today which is bad for the diet but it has a low G.I.

I think I have to eat something like cereal. Did anyone else have this experience?
