Where did you get the blood test for histamine? Was it a regular doc or a naturopath?
Also so high histamine food....are they generally the same for everyone ie: wheat, dairy...or do you then have to do a food allergy test to determine what they are for you?
Congratulations on coming so far. I am sooooo elated about how many people are reporting such good progress on this forum!
It's so interesting that you say adrenaline rushes are related to histamine. That could explain a lot for me.
