This problem started about two weeks ago, noticing that was passing wind more than usual. Once a went to the toilet and nothing came out as the urge was there. Except a long gush of wind. (Blushes) But previous I had server stomach cramps leaving me bed bound on my hands and knees in agony crying. So phoned for an ambulance. But the pain was mild after they arrived so stayed at home. So come to think that the two might be linked?. All it is at the moment is a wind problem, with no other pains in my body present.

This is embarrassing being around friends as can't always hold in. I think there's diets that help with this problem. Is it low carbs one? or another.

Any helpful advice would be kindly appreciated.
