You should consider yourself lucky. Compared to most people on here your lips look great. And like Ryan said I think its probably pretty easily treated. It does look like you have a little angular cheilits, but I agree that you should get patch testing.

Also this foaming agent called Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) is in most soaps, toothpastes, detergents, etc. If you are allergic to SLS or SLS intolerant, this can irritate your skin greatly so you should eliminate SLS from all of your soaps and toothpastes. You can go to Whole Foods and find plenty of SLS free products. But again, after that you should get patch testing.
