Did my first coffee enema this week and was surprised how comfortably I could retain it. I did a soap enema first in the morning, then the coffee enema (at least 2 quarts) in the afternoon. Is 2 quarts too much for a coffee enema? I had no trouble with it, maybe the coffee wasn't strong enough? I have had no reaction at all. can baking SODA be added to the coffee? would it be OK to take more than one coffee enemas a week?
