OLE is used against HIV and many other issues..the key is to get properly extracted OLE, like NEEM it becomes nearly worthless if not extracted via CO2 or methanolic extraction.

About 5 years ago so much BS was published that nearly all methanolic extraction stopped and things like Nimbicidin a concentrate of NEEM became unavailable.

In short not all OLE works as well as it should..
