I mostly took it on an empty stomach. I just took the Iodine mixed into a glass of water.

I have 5% and 10% Iodine made from pouring Iodine crystals into Goldengrain or Everclear drinking alcohol.

I never liked Lugols early on.

I have used this elemental iodine for almost 5 years now.

I think that Trapper says the body can turn the iodine into Iodide or visa versa as needed.

But I may get some Lugols to try again someday...
