One way is to take 50 mg of niacin and see if you flush (google flush histamine test). I learned nothing from doing this but others have. Or...

I just had this test done, its cheap and it found I was borderline high histamine. I already feel better by lowering my histamines but I need to go a little longer before I can be definitive.
