Does sunflower oil give the same results as olive oil?

Swallowing olive oil for the flush is becoming a major challenge with lots of gagging. I've also just done flush #14 and you're lucky, I've vomited several times around 1am and one time must have been bile as my throat was raw for days. No vomiting for last two flushes, though, and had a good release both times.
