Hi Mayflower,

I was diagnosed with the pylori bacteria which was causing me to have bleeding ulcers. I went through several weeks of the TRIPLE Antibiotic series to no avail. In fact I was given a second regimen of the triple Antibiotic series months later again to no avail.(the tremendous amount of Antibiotics made me very sick also)

So I when I started taking over 100 milligrams a day of elemental Iodine set in alcohol (the kind you can drink) I upped my Iodine to 125 MILLIgrams 4 times a day with 200 MICROgrams of selenomethionine 4 times a day too.

I continued this regimen for about two months and my bleeding ulcers are gone. That was a few years ago.

I stay near 100 mg's of Iodine a day now with 200 mcg's of SeMC selenium.

BTW If I ever have a feelimg that I have eaten some bad food, I take over 500 MILLIgrams of Iodine and in about 45 minutes my stomach settles down.
