Sorry I have no idea of the answers to your questions and if antibodies are really the way it works.

I only know it has been safe for me to use it anywhere. Regarding the eyes I never used it very much for those, just a few times and there was a slight stinging, nothing uncomfortable.

I have read where it can be enormously beneficial for the eyes if done regularly, probably two or three times a day I think.

I would recommend that anyone tries urine for healing no matter what the problem. It is claimed to cure any mouth disease if held for several minutes in the mouth repeated a few times a day.

It is miraculous as a healing compound I have found over many years.
