Have you tried a very low fat and thus high carb plan? Low Sugar as well. For Non alchoholic fatty liver disease. A lot of us are getting hit with this. I came to chile 3 weeks ago and met a lot of people with it because they are so big on red meat and sweets here. My maid's son has it and she said wow hes very thin like you. And then she named all of the shit foods he eats like chocolate and avocadoes all day. She said he needs to eat and is always hungry and tired. So symptom #1 is an obese person's diet but a frail appearance. I get shot down by a lot of people on this that they themselves havent avoided fat for months to see what i am talking about. Impaired digestion and candida can be from a fatty liver plain and simple.
