I recommend You:

- if you get 3500mg potassium go for 4000mg sodium (9 grams of salt) on VLC/LC
- if get 4000mg of potassium go for 4500mg sodium
- if get 4500mg of potassium go for MAXIMUM safe dose of sodium 5000mg.
