I 2nd Onwards, If I was a betting man I would guess this is a severe die off that is pushing your electrolytes very low.

As helpful as this forum can be though we are not doctors. Those symptoms are serious. Stop your NB protocal for a few days, go see a GP and talk to your NB practitioner to rule out something serious. Hope you rebound.
