Yes. It has something like 108 herbal extracts. But I think the Cascara Sagrada parts are very small ratio-wise. It certainly doesn't have the same bowel effect as the FEN-LB does. I took 2 swigs before downhill skiing last night. Went 4 hours with no breaks and near 0 temperatures. It does its job, and that is, gets the furnace fired up!
