This is biliary sludge from the gallbladder and you can see the facets where they have been pressed together. Looks about 15 to 20 mL which is 25% the volume of the gallbladder. The larger ones can block the exit of the gallbladder neck but even the smaller stones can log jam the biliary flow.

How much potion did you consume this time?
