Hello, I have a 1-year-old boy and I am wondering if I should give him Iodine AND if so, what type/kind/how much? On the other hand, I don't want to over-dose and cause a thyroid issue either.

He is a very healthy and smart little boy and I attribute this to me taking Iodoral during pregnancy 6-12 mg every other day.

Your suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
