I admit I did not make it through the entire post so apologies if I suggest something you already know - my story is not entirely different from yours.

Peeling back the layers is the real challenge, my health has been like an onion. I am about 70$ better from my worst state.

Nutritional balancing via Dr. Wilson has been very helpful for me and others here, it is a great place to start your healing on multiple fronts at once.

Everything is so connected idk if you will be able to target your kidneys or liver or digestion - mine have all improved together as my overall health has.

Something I wish someone would've told me that I would have listened to earlier - reduce your schedule!

For me chronologically I:

Addressed diet
Addressed digestion
Addressed Copper toxicity and other mineral levels (via nutritional balancing)
Addressed Candida
Now I am working on histamines and food intolerances .
