I was just doing the copper detox with Ann-Louise Giddleman.

However, I am about to start the full NB with one of Wilsons practitioners.

Dr Lam got me to a certain point. Buteyko Breathing has been a tremendous help.

Lots and lots of meditation. Some energy medicine (Reiki, healing codes and others)

I think all I need to do now is get rid of these metals.

Oh....Earthing and learning to minimize EMF exposure is a big help as well.
