if I were you, and while waiting for your Doctor to be available, I would consume organic carrot juice freshly extracted of about 2 pints per day.

I agree with Lili that sunlight exposure is far better than Vitamin D3 supplementation for the breakdown of bilirubin, so do you receive much direct sunlight now? Build up your exposure slowly.
