Hi Chiron,

I understand what you are saying. I agree that my liver is clogged.

Right now i am trying to find out which vitamind d3 i should get. I see the most bizarre one like d3 based on liverfish oil and d3 from wool fat (some manufacturers are extracting D3 from wool fat that has been exposed to ultraviolet light.)

which one to get?
