hi,

You have no idea how badly i want to do a long water fast. but i am underweight (169, 47 kg), i tried doing 5 day fast bu t i would get to skinny and for some reason my symptoms came back even when i implemented a plantbased diet.

In the past i weigthed 53kg. my first fast was a 10 day fast, my symptoms where basicly gone, i only had white patches. ater the fast i was eating plantbased.

when i gained some weight i did a 5 day fast. my psoariais was basicly gone. then i did a flush. On the night of the flush i had to vomit. the next day my symptoms came back and in the following weeks my symptoms were all back. So i have become skeptical about liver flushing.

I have also used oregano oil in that time which made my symptoms even worse.

So my believe in Water Fasting is very high and I believe in the principals of NH.
