My vit b6 was low in blood tests. Folate and b12 were very high, probably because of methylation supps I tried to take (caused bad agitation and horrible feelings). I am defficient in 80% if the vitamins tested (A,D, E etc), in different tests made at different points of time so its not surprising. Never got niacin etc tested but im positive they will be low.

What can be done, outside from supplementing with p5p?

I am about to get the nutritional program from Dr Wilson, guess he will adress this.
