Hi Eric,
I think you should do the water enemas longer first like Dvjorge did, then after a couple of months add the Nystatin or baking soda. I'm keen to try the water enemas, but is it best to do them first thing in the morning after a bowel movement or do them in the evening. I normally have my bowel movement in the evenings. I wouldn't give up Eric, keep going with them. This may take months to acheive what Dvjorge did with the enemas. Keep going.
