Wow, what a morning. First of all, i've done it! On my 7th(last) day. I still have had no food amd just gonna snack a little in the evening. I assume my bowels are empty now so real healing should start just today, but I can't wait to have some food as it is a good season(Lithuania)in moms garden and it is full of apples, cherries(but those sweet yellow ones) and pears. So maybe in a few months i will do another(longer) fast.
Secondly, your message, chris just as a good relief as todays toilet break:) heaven:) all the best and thanks for your help!
