High blood levels of bilirubin, anemia and low vitamin D.

First, which blood test did you have to ascertain your Vitamin D status? as the only reliable one is the 25-hydroxyvitamin D or 25(OH)D test, rather than the 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D or 1,25(OH)2D3 test.
If deficient then judicious sunlight exposure is essential if you live where there is adequate direct sunlight: full body exposure should be at midday for the max' UVB rays that are responsible for the manufacture of Vitamin D3 within the skin. Only two to three minutes pre day building up this exposure to 20 to 30 minutes as your body tans over a period of 3 to 4 weeks. Do not burn.
Otherwise supplementation is the quickest way of about 10,000ius per day for several months with little to no sun-exposure.

What kind of anemia do you have? Iron-deficient anemia or pernicious anemia? as both are treated differently, with the latter being cured with fasting as it vastly increases the red-blood-cell-count.

High levels of bilirubin can be indicative of a quite a number of causes. Are you jaundiced in any way? and has the cause been identified?
The gallbladder or bile ducts may cause higher bilirubin levels such as Biliary stricture and Gallstones.

Are more tests planned by your Doctor to establish the cause of the high bilirubin? It this that needs investigating as a priority, as the others are more easily remediable.
