I really think getting diagnosed is important. The symptoms you're showing are obviously affecting you enough to be posting on an internet forum for help just like myself. I recently demanded that my doctors do something for me and sure enough I'm due to be having an intestinal biopsy soon and after that will request stool samples and any other tests that might be beneficial.
As mentioned in this thread I think candida is usually a side effect of something else going on , for us two , something that was most likely a side effect brought on by medication. A bacterial overgrowth for example.
Becoming healthy is one thing but when we're trying to guess what our problems are and trying countless things to no avail it's not surprising we can't get healthy.
I think it's much more important to understand what is going on in your body before guessing diets and treatments which could make things worse. I learnt this the hard way after avoiding carbs for a year which just seemed to make me feel worse ( have to thank Anthony here for convincing me to go back to eating them and instantly feeling better ! ).
Good luck anyway , I hope you start to feel better soon. :)
