Oh yes, we have so many creepy things here in the desert. Recluses, black widows, scorpions and centipedes... oh my!

I have only had 3 recluse bites but they were all at the same time and on the same leg. My MD cut them and cut them every other day for over a month and gave me lots of Antibiotics . They were talking to me about cutting my leg off at the knee so I tried the ND that I have now. He was very smart and had me take different kinds of venom and keep a poultice of green tea leaves on them. He also suggested that I take up running and run till I gave my self shin splints so my body would know where to heal.

If I get another one the shots sound so much nicer!

Isn't it amazing what the body can do?
