Hi everyone:

Well, here is yet another problem that has cropped up - recently, in the last couple of months, I am always freezing in the evening into the night.

My nose right now is ice cold - my feet are always freezing (I must wear heavy socks and slippers) and my body has the chills. I don't understand this - I cannot imagine what it is that is making me so cold at night.

When I make a cup of hot chocolate I immediately warm up - but, what could be the cause.

Any ideas - thanks - good night for now.
