Yes I am feeling generally much better although a little off the last few days, not depressed just not myself and I was doing sooo much better....still I think it could be due to the fact that I have just have the flu and AF at the same time. Interesting what you said about the progesterone. I have read the same thing about oestrogen receptors, which I think could be relevant as estrogen (and progesterone) are needed to make serotonin. It is sooo frustrating. I wish someone would just be able to say dont worry give it a year you will be fine!

Any idea how we are meant to restart all these receptors?

I also think my levels are unbalanced over the month as using the fertility microscope I show high estrogen at the end of my period and for 5 days before I get it which just makes no sense.

So frustrated. I hope you are feeling better also.
