Thanks for your reply. I also started a good multivitamine which also contains minerals such as magensium, but was feeling so much better that I switched to a cheaper brand. I am enjoying my holiday right now, but as soon as I get back I am getting my old brand again. I am taking evening primrose oil as well and when I get home, I am starting on Agnus Cactus again which is great for hormonal imbalance.

Anayway, I also was interested in what you said about your progesterone levels that just made it in. I think the progesteronelevels are difficult to measure in blood anyway, but saying the levels are really within the range, there still could be some balance issue between progestrone and estrogen, and also, I saw an explanation from Dr. Jenkins on youtube today about your progesteronereceptors being ´morphed´ by the synthetic progesterone into something that doesn´t recognise your own natural progesterone. It explains why we have enough progesterone, but don´t benefit from it. It takes time for your body to recognise it again.
